Zeichnungen vorfindet, die manuell auf Pauspapier gezeichnet wurden, nutzt unsere Konstruktionsabteilung heute die <strong>modernste maschinenbauliche Software.<\/strong> Im Moment arbeiten wir mit dem AutoDesk Inventor 2021, der weltweit meist verkauften CAD-L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr maschinenbauliche 3D \u2013 Konstruktion. F\u00fcr das Programmieren der CNC- Maschinen nutzen wir die Software CAM und TruTops Boost. Ergibt sich die Notwendigkeit, die Herstellungstechnologie an die bestehende Produktion anzupassen, verwenden wir die <strong>3D- Laser-Raumscanmethode<\/strong> f\u00fcr kontaktlose Koordinatenmessung. Ein bestehendes Geb\u00e4ude wird in das 3D \u2013 Programm \u00fcbertragen, worin die Konstrukteure an ihren Projekten arbeiten k\u00f6nnen und so allf\u00e4llige Fehler vermeiden, die bei den Messungen entstehen k\u00f6nnten. Wir sind imstande Prototypen sehr schnell zu fertigen \u2013 <strong>RAPID PROTOTYPING<\/strong>, mit Hilfe eines 3D \u2013 Druckers.
