Clients often contact us with requests for urgent repair of moulds for concrete block making machines. Our company understands the need for flawless and uninterrupted production, which is why we place great emphasis on fast and quality repairs. This was also the case with the refurbishment of a mould from a competing manufacturer. Once delivered to our facility, the mould was cleaned, redrawn into engineering software, diagnosed, disassembled, spare parts manufactured, usable parts repaired, assembled, welded and ground, and thoroughly inspected for output.<\/p>\n

Although it took 14 days to repair this mould, the standard repair time depends on the type and severity of the damage to the mould and also the agreement with the client. In the past, in case of urgent need, we have carried out express mould repairs within 24 hours.<\/p>\n
