Dans la p\u00e9riode d’annulation des courses automobiles et des mesures dues \u00e0 la propagation de la COVID-19, nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 contact\u00e9s par un client nous demandant de fabriquer un simulateur pour l\u2019entra\u00eenement virtuel de course automobile (cockpit de voiture). Le client souhaitait que le simulateur de conduite d’une voiture de course soit r\u00e9glable et puisse donc \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 tant par des adultes que par des enfants. Ses exigences en mati\u00e8re de stabilit\u00e9 et de r\u00e9sistance de la structure \u00e9taient strictes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

L’une des premi\u00e8res \u00e9tapes de la r\u00e9alisation de cette solution a \u00e9t\u00e9 la conception du produit \u00e0 l’aide de logiciels 3D. Nous avons progressivement simul\u00e9 diff\u00e9rentes dimensions de la structure en fonction des diff\u00e9rentes cat\u00e9gories d’\u00e2ge des utilisateurs du simulateur ainsi que des diff\u00e9rentes positions des pilotes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

La phase suivante a \u00e9t\u00e9 la production proprement dite du simulateur. Avec l’aide de notre \u00e9quipement diversifi\u00e9 et de haute qualit\u00e9, les ouvriers de l’atelier ont suivi les dessins de production. Au terme du montage complet, le simulateur a \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9, puis d\u00e9mont\u00e9 \u00e0 nouveau et pr\u00e9par\u00e9 pour un traitement de surface. Une couche de finition a \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9e par pulv\u00e9risation de poudre, puis cuite au four pendant plusieurs heures afin d’obtenir une finition parfaite et durable assurant une longue dur\u00e9e de vie au simulateur.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
